By purchasing a template bundle from Carol Hampshire, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Template Policies
Template access will be provided as soon as the purchase is completed. If you have not received your template, please contact support@carolhampshire.com.
Once the template is added to your account, it is your responsibility to customize and add your own content. We are not liable for any accidental changes or deletions made to the template.
Each purchase includes one instance of the chosen template. If the template is accidentally deleted or not accepted within 6 months of purchase, a new purchase will be required to resend it.
Copyright & Licensing
By purchasing a template, you are granted a single-use license for one website only. Additional uses require a separate license purchase.
Prohibited Actions:
- Resell, redistribute, or claim the template or its components as your own.
- Share the template, graphics, or design elements with third parties.
- Republish or reproduce any material from Carol Hampshire without prior written consent.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense template materials.
- Redistribute any content from Carol Hampshire for commercial purposes.
- Use placeholder photography included in the template without replacing it and ensuring proper licensing. These images are for demonstration purposes only.
Client Projects:
- Attribution: If you are using the template to build a website for a client, credit must be given to Carol Hampshire as the original template creator.
- Additional Licenses: A new license must be purchased for each additional client project.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All templates and associated design elements remain the intellectual property of Carol Hampshire and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
Promotional Use:
By purchasing a template, you agree that completed designs may be showcased in our portfolio, sales pages, or across social media platforms for promotional purposes.
Fonts
Some templates may recommend specific fonts. Any paid font licenses must be purchased by you. Free font alternatives are listed in the brand kit provided with your template.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Support Policy
Support is provided exclusively for issues related to the template itself, such as installation, downloads, and file functionality.
This support is available via email at support@carolhampshire.com, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Support does not cover:
• General Showit platform-related questions, which can be asked here, https://showit.com/help
• Coding or template modifications.
• Issues caused by third-party software or tools.
